What you need to provide

1. Passport
2. Two (2) passport ID-sized photos**
3. Your EU partner or fiancé should have a temporary residency permit or prove that he/she lives in the Czech republic
4. Proof of the funds of your partner
5. Proof of legal accommodation (e.g. rental contract, ownership deed, or proof of accommodation form from the legal property owner)
6. Health Insurance for the whole duration of 3 years- PVZP comprehensive insurance***
7. Proof of your permanent relationship (we’ll explain what’s needed)
8. A signed power of attorney for our arrangement of your partnership visa (to be completed at our office)

Steps

1. Book your appointment with us;
2. Send us a scan of the proof of accommodation or rent contract;
3. We prepare all your paperwork and book your appointment at the immigration office;
4. You come with us to file your application;
5. We arrange for any bridging visas while your application’s being approved;
6. Your residency is approved, we book your appointment for biometrics!;
7. We accompany your for biometric's appointment.
8. Your biometric card is ready , we come with you for the collection.
