Czech Long-term visa

Pexpats.com s.r.o., IČO 09675094, is a private company registered in the Czech Republic providing tax, accounting, immigration, business-registration and administrative services.

Pexpats is not a government authority and is not affiliated with the Czech government, Czech immigration authorities, Trade Licensing Offices, Czech Tax Administration, Czech Social Security Administration or Czech health insurance authorities.

Professional Authorization

Pexpats holds an active Czech trade authorization for “Činnost účetních poradců, vedení účetnictví, vedení daňové evidence” (Accounting advisory, bookkeeping and tax-record services) and an active trade authorization covering administrative and related business services.

Our Role

Pexpats provides professional preparation, administration, communication and representation services.

Where permitted, Pexpats represents clients before the relevant Czech authorities under Power of Attorney. We prepare and submit documents, communicate with the relevant authorities and handle administrative procedures on the client’s behalf.

Pexpats does not itself issue government documents, government registrations, visas, residence permits, trade licences or government identification numbers. These are issued, registered or decided by the relevant Czech public authorities.

Trade Licence and Related Registrations

For trade licence services, Pexpats prepares and handles the registration process with the competent Trade Licensing Office.

Where included in the service, Pexpats also handles related registrations with the Czech Tax Administration, Czech Social Security Administration and the relevant Czech health insurance provider.

The respective authorities perform the official registrations and assign or issue the relevant official registration details and numbers. Pexpats handles the preparation, submission, communication and representation on behalf of the client.

Immigration and Residency

For immigration and residency services, Pexpats prepares and handles the administrative process and represents clients before the relevant Czech immigration authorities where permitted.

The competent Czech immigration authorities process immigration and residency matters, make official decisions and issue official immigration or residency documents. Pexpats does not make these decisions or issue these documents.

Tax and Accounting

Pexpats is authorized in the Czech Republic to provide accounting advisory, bookkeeping and tax-record services.

Pexpats prepares tax filings and related submissions based on information provided by clients and represents clients before the relevant Czech tax authorities under Power of Attorney where applicable.

The Czech Tax Administration is responsible for official tax administration, registrations, tax numbers, assessments and decisions. Pexpats does not make decisions on behalf of the Czech Tax Administration.

Service Fees

Fees paid to Pexpats are fees for Pexpats’ professional services, preparation, administration and representation. They are not payments for government decisions, approvals, registrations or documents.

Using Pexpats is optional. Where a procedure can be completed directly with a Czech public authority, clients can choose to handle the procedure themselves. Government administrative fees, if applicable, are separate from Pexpats’ professional service fees.
