Any Non-EU citizen (according to paragraph § 15a) who has a permanent relationship with a citizen of the European Union can rightly be considered a Family Member of an EU Citizen.
This permit does not require marriage to obtain.
What about UK partners after Brexit?
Non-EU citizens (according to paragraph § 15b) who have a permanent relationship with a UK citizen who obtained temporary residence before Brexit can also rightly be considered a Family Member of an EU Citizen.
Now, what rights does the EU Family Member Visa grant?

Now, what rights does the EU Family Member Visa grant?
YOU GET ALL THESE ADVANTAGES
Residence granted for a partner of an EU citizen is valid for 3 years.
There is no requirement to pass the Czech Language Exam for Permanent Residency.
The EU Family Member Visa can be exchanged for permanent residency after 5 years.
Family members of EU Citizens possess the same rights as EU Citizens in the Czech Republic.
Job sponsorship is not required. Simply sign a contract and start employment.
