Process time
If you’re not an EU citizen, you should be able to get your Czech criminal clearance record on the same day of your application.

If you’re an EU citizen, it may take up to 20 days to get your Czech criminal record. EU citizens who already have their temporary residency permit and Czech birth number may be able to get this certificate sooner.

Czech criminal clearance for UK citizen

Since the UK left the EU, UK citizens should provide criminal clearance reports for a Czech trade license and visa purposes from the UK and that document should have apostille legalization.
A criminal clearance report from your home country for Czech visa purposes shouldn't be older than 180 days and for Czech trade license registration purposes older than 90 days.
