What you need to provide

1. Passport*
2. Two (2) passport photos EU size**
3. Application information bank account statement with the balance of 149 000 CZK (6 500 USD) in original, issued by your bank with a stamp and signature (can be in a form of a letter)***
4. Proof of legal Accommodation (e.g. rental contract, ownership deed, or proof of accommodation form from the legal property owner) with the notarized signature of the owner/owners
5. Business address
6. Criminal clearance report from your home country
7. Visa fee at the embassy – 197 EUR (should be paid in cash at the embassy)

Steps

1. Get in touch with us to launch your visa application process (Note: Visa applications must be lodged at a Czech embassy and appointments book out fast. We, therefore, suggest you send us your full name and date of birth at your earliest convenience so we can book the best appointment for you);
2. Send us a scan of the proof of accommodation or rent contract;
3. Meet at our offices. Please bring any documents you need to provide;
4. Sign the power of attorney for our arrangement of your Czech freelancing visa;
5. We register your Czech freelancer’s trade license and put together your complete visa application;
6. You collect your application package from us and apply for your visa at the Czech embassy;
7. Your visa is ready! We come with to register it at the Czech Foreign Police;
8. We activate your freelancer’s trade license and register it with all the tax and insurance offices;
9. You’re good to go as a freelancer!
10. Come to our office to collect your documents and we’ll provide you with full instructions.

Remote process steps

3. We will send you the power of attorney (no need to authorize the signature);
4. Sign the power of attorney for our arrangement of your Czech freelancing visa package and send it together with the Criminal clearance report and bank letter to us by post;
5. We will arrange bank letter translation;
6. We register your Czech freelancer’s trade license and put together your complete visa application;
7. You collect your application package from us and apply for your visa at the nearest Czech embassy;
8. Your visa is ready!
9. We come with to register it at the Czech Foreign Police;
10. We activate your freelancer’s trade license and register it with all the tax and insurance offices;
11. You’re good to go as a freelancer!
12. Come to our office to collect your documents and we’ll provide you with full instructions.
